• Did your interests change over time, and the things you value today are not what they were 5, 10, or even 20 years ago?

You are not alone. Many people go to a job every day that they hate. They may have been the "right" job to some people, or at some time, but no longer are they happy doing what they do.

You're mature and eager to make a difference. We think that counts. You've collected a wealth of experience that can be used in the construction industry. Especially considering that we're growing in Ontario and looking for experienced leaders.

We need good leaders and contractors. Are you up for it?

Don't fool yourself into thinking you're going to just walk into a foreman's or contractor's position without paying your dues and earning your ticket. It's not that easy, but the key word here is earning. You'll earn while you learn. And not barely earn, during training you'll earn enough to live comfortably.

Earning an apprenticeship is an incredibly rewarding personal experience, and once you have your ticket you'll be able to blend it with your previous experience and apply it accordingly.
